Since all products are made to order, returns and exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Make sure you are buying the correct color and size product.
Damaged or defective items: Customers can request a reprint or refund within 15 days of delivery. Photos will be required as proof.
Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, customers must report it within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returned packages: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (like an invalid address or carrier error), we can reship the order to a customer.
