RETURNS and REFUNDS:

• Since all products are made to order, returns and exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse are NOT accepted. Make sure you are buying the correct size and color!
• Damaged or defective items: Customers can request a reprint or refund within 15 days of delivery. Photos may be required as proof.
• Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, customers must report it within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
• Returned packages: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (like an invalid address or carrier error), we can reship the order to a customer.
